Mini Grant Proposal & Budget

For the University of Alabama's course, NHM 551: Advanced Community Nutrition II, I created a mini grant proposal with budget. In the prerequisite, NHM 550: Advanced Community Nutrition I, I conducted a community needs assessment for an outpatient clinic in Illinois. Throughout NHM 551, I created lesson plans, education plans, and logical models, leading up to the creation of the mini grant proposal and budget.
